Line Efficiency Formula
Efficiency % = (Day Production × SMV) / (Manpower × Working Hour × 60) × 100
Target/Day = (Manpower × Working Hour × 60 × Efficiency %) / SMV
SMV = Basic Time + (Basic Time × Allowance)
Line Efficiency Example Calculation
Example: Production 1,200 pcs, SMV 8 min, Manpower 35, Working Hour 8
Efficiency = (1200×8)/(35×8×60)×100 = 57.14%
If target efficiency is 60%:
Target/Day = (35×8×60×0.60)/8 = 1,260 pcs
